Collaborative Divorce: A Different Way Forward

Divorce does not have to be defined by court battles and escalating conflict. Collaborative Divorce is a private, team-based process that helps couples make thoughtful decisions about their family, finances, and future outside the courtroom. The goal is not to avoid difficult conversations-it is to approach them with greater structure, respect, and support.

Support for the Human Side

Divorce is both a legal process and a deeply personal transition. As the Mental Health Neutral, I help create a more productive environment for difficult conversations, identify patterns that may interfere with progress, and support clearer communication throughout the collaborative process.

Communication & Conflict

I help identify communication patterns that can lead to misunderstanding, defensiveness, or stalled negotiations. Together, we create strategies for more productive conversations so concerns can be addressed without allowing conflict to take over the process.

Parenting Through Change

When children are involved, we keep their needs at the center while helping parents navigate schedules, communication, and changing family roles. The goal is to develop practical parenting agreements that support stability and reduce children’s exposure to conflict.

Every family enters this process with different concerns. Your initial intake gives us an opportunity to discuss those concerns privately, identify potential barriers, and prepare for a more productive collaborative process.
